Yankees lose 12-1

I didn’t expect the Yankees to win this game but I did think it would be closer than what the score was. Their confidence must be shot. They’re playing the best team in the league and they have 2 more games against them. I’m not sure the Yankees will show up. I’m not concerned about the Yankees’ final record but I am concerned about their mental state during the last few weeks of the season. They should try to play with intensity. If they’re not going to play with 100 percent effort than start some young guys. I feel they should start the young guys anyway.

Well, the game is over. Angels win 12-1. I’m going to go outside in my side yard and drink some water before I finish this up.

I remember a long time ago when the Yankees did come back a deficit this big.

Kay just said “if” the Yankees don’t rally, then Pavano will be stuck with the loss.

Top of the 9th Yankees are up Last licks.

That was a great play by Betemit to get the double play but the Yankees are losing 12-1

This guy Wood, what the? Two home runs? I think he might be fantasy worthy.

Bottom of the 8th Angels are up Angels lead 11-1

I remember when Jeter was on all winning teams and he never lost. Now he’s been on losing teams.

Top of the 8th Yankees are up

Kay, who should be held accountable? Are you trying to say Joe Girardi should?

Oh this is just terrible. Close your computers down. Shut your tv off and go to bed. Angels lead 11-1.

This is nuts. 9-1 Angels. Second and third and 1 out.

So much for that theory.

The Angels mindset up at bat is cruise control because they think they have the game in hand.

Longer innings mean longer games.

I still have to write how I feel about the minor league game tonight.

Bottom of the 7th inning Angels are up

Yankees don’t do anything. Their spirit is broken.

Edwar gets the final out but that was not a pretty inning. Very ugly.

It’s a blow out now. Angels 8-1. The Yankees are getting smacked around. Giese is getting smacked around.

So Hunter gets caught in a run down, Pudge tags him, pushes him a little and then Hunter pushes him really hard.

Oh my, what a sissy slap by Pudge.

They’re stealing all over Giese. He “is” paying too much attention to the hitter.

That was a terrible play by Giese. Hunter practically walked to second. Giese is shaken up. He’s not going to last long.

Now that was a real huge bomb by Vlad. That went a mile. 6-1 Angels.

Giese looks like a midget compared to Vlad.

Lame out by Tex but run scores Angels lead 4-1 and Giese is coming in.

I sense Pavano coming out soon especially with man on 1st and 3rd with no out.

I’m not sure Pavano hit Figgins on purpose because Figgins will try to steal.

If they’re player rich in the minors, then the Angels don’t need Tex.

That was a rocket hit off of Pavano. Angels lead 3-1

Bottom of the 6th Angels are up

A-Rod just hit into a double play

Nice pick off to end the inning.

The Angels bull pen is much better than the Seattle bull pen.

This is tough to watch some times. I remember when Jeter was a kid.

Wow, that was not an out. He was safe by a step.

Now that was a nice double play made by the Yankees.

This might be an inning where Pavano falls apart.

Yankees have gone down 9 in a row. This is where veterans just go with the flow.

I can’t believe Cano is hitting .263. I thought he’d hit .300.

Top of the 4rth Yankees are up

To be a successful pitcher, you need a lot of movement on your pitch.

Wow, that was a bomb. He(Wood) smoked that. Angels 2-1.

Bottom of the 3rd Angels are up

That umpire is huge. He towers over A-Rod and A-Rod is tall.

Jered Weaver was supposed to be great. What happened?

I stuck my face in the ice box because I’m tired.

Top of the 3rd Yankees are up

It looks like Pavano is pitching better. Angels don’t score

An ex Yankee farm hand is up. I always liked him.

I have some gray hair except it’s cool looking gray hair.

Bottom of the 2nd Angels are up

If the short stop caught that, Pudge was out trying to steal. Yankees don’t score.

That would of been terrible if Pudge got caught off first.

I was reading a little of the Mitchell Report from the beginning of the year and I think there are a lot more players that took steroids.

Top of the 2nd Yankees are up

That’s why the Angels are a threat. They can steal bases and put men in scoring position.

Even though the Angels just scored, that was a strong throw by Nady.

I’d like the Yankees to put pressure on teams like the Angels do. Bring up the young guys.

Figgins is super fast.

Bottom of the 1st Angels are up

I did not like that ground out by Matsui with the bases loaded.

It’s good to see Garland having problems.

Here’s A-Rod. That was a nice rbi by A-Rod. Yankees lead 1-0

Top of the 1st Yankees are up and the Yankees are looking good so far.

It’s amazing how long it takes my computer to restart. That must of been 15 minutes. We’re still in the dark ages when it comes to computers. No computer should take more than a minute to start. In the future, it will start up in an instant.
